Lady GaGa has reportedly snubbedMadonna's invite to go on tour with her as she is "too busy".

Madonna
However, The Mirror has reported that the Bad Romance star has been forced to turn down Madge's invite due to her hectic work schedule, quoting her manager Vincent Herbert as saying: "Madonna just called to ask GaGa to perform with her at Yankee Stadium.
"Her manager reached out to us and said Madonna would like GaGa to perform with her."
He added: "She really wished she could do it. She said 'if we do it, let's donate the money to charity'. But GaGa's committed to her own tour."

"It's really quite amazing," said Rothstein, who said the poem was inspired by her own struggles with eating disorders.

Kirstie Alley - Lady Gaga defended by Kirstie Alley

Kirstie Alley - Lady Gaga defended by Kirstie Alley

Lady Gaga defended by Kirstie Alley

Kirstie Alley has defended Lady Gaga'sweight gain saying the singer looks better than ever since putting on 25lbs.
Kirstie Alley has defended Lady Gaga'sweight gain.
The 26-year-old pop star was slammed for recently putting on 25lbs but Kirstie - who has struggled with her own weight in the past - says the 'Toxic' hitmaker was so skinny that gaining a few curves can only be a good thing.
She told PEOPLE magazine: ''With [Lady Gaga], she gains [25] pounds and it becomes this huge thing.
''She was so freaking skinny that [25] pounds would make her a what, size two? There's an insanity here. I know it's a pressure on her. I know it is. It's really hard to play that game.''
Kirstie isn't the only one who thinks Gaga looks better since her weight gain, the 'Born This Way'singer recently said she's happier than ever with her body, especially because partner Taylor Kinneyis a huge fan of her new fuller figure.
Writing on her blog, she said: ''My boyfriend prefers me curvier.
''When I eat and am healthy and not so worried about my looks. I'm happy. Happier than I've ever been. I am not going to go on a psycho-spree because of scrutiny. This is who I am. And I am proud at any size."

Lady Gaga's butt inspired new Thierry Mugler handbag line

Lady Gaga's butt inspired new Thierry Mugler handbag line

Lady Gaga's body has made headlines recentlybecause of its slightly larger size (psh, girlfriend says she's gained 25 pounds but she looks amazing, so whatever), but now a specific body part is grabbing the spotlight: her butt. Apparently, the new handbag line from Thierry Mugler was inspired by the pop star's backside.

Creative director Nichola Formichetti tells Women's Wear Daily that his new line was inspired by Gaga's butt -- but she's not aware that her behind was the muse for the handbags, clutches and sportswear.

"She doesn't know yet," he says. "It has a little bit of punk rock feeling but it's still quite chic."

Formichetti and Gaga have worked together in the past -- he was her stylist (thank him for a lot of those crazy outfits), and she was one of his runway models for his first Mugler collection.

Gaga posted some head-turning photos of herself in lingerie on her website earlier this week, admitting that she's suffered from eating disorders since she was a teenager and struggles with her body image.

"My boyfriend prefers me curvier, when I eat and am healthy and not so worried about my looks, I'm happy," she says of her supportive man Taylor Kinney. "Happier than I've ever been."

Lady Gaga goes to bat for 'curvier' girls, says boyfriend digs the look

Who are you calling fat? Lady Gaga has hit out against recent criticism over her weight. Here, the pop star arrives at Macy’s Herald Square in New York on September 14, 2012 to launch her first fragrance, Lady Gaga Fame. (Timothy A. Clady/AFP/Getty Images)

Lady Gaga to world: Hey, did you just call me fat?
In a word, yes -- the pop star is under fire about her weight after a recent revealing (though aren't they all?) Amsterdam appearance. But she's not, ahem, taking this lightly.
Quite the contrary. She's launched a veritable campaign over the last several days by protesting on Twitterissuing an official statement on her Website, going public on her boyfriend's "curvier" taste, disseminating nearly nude photos of herself to (presumably) dismiss any doubts over her curvier hotness, and, last but not least, invoking America's own Goddess of Curve -- Marilyn Monroe.
In a message titled "Your Bravery," Lady Gaga thanked supportive fans and defended her size by saying "my boyfriend prefers me curvier, when i eat and am healthy and not so worried about my looks," according to this webshot of the statement from The Huffington Post
On Twitter, she nodded to a message from Monroe: “To all the girls that think you’re fat because you’re not a size zero, you’re the beautiful one, its society who’s ugly.”
But she's not just talking the talk -- she's walking a well-heeled walk with the Tuesday launch of a "Body Revolution 2013" on her LittleMonsters website.
"Be brave and celebrate with us your 'perceived flaws,' as society tells us. May we make our flaws famous, and thus redefine the heinous," the 26-year-old wrote on the project's launch page, according to MTV
The initiative encourages participants to challenge societal standards of beauty by using social media. The singer explained that the idea came out of all the uproar over her weight gain, which she has blamed on -- Daddy. Yep. The Daily Mail has the scoop:
"The Paparazzi hitmaker recently revealed the reason behind her weight increase was down to her father's restaurant in New York. She said: 'I love eating pasta and I'm a New York Italian girl. That's why I have been staying out of New York. 'My father opened a restaurant. It's so amazing ... it's so freaking delicious, but I'm telling you I gain five pounds every time I go there. 'So my dad wants me to eat at the restaurant, and I'm like, 'I've got to go where I can drink green juice.'"

Gwen Stefani rocks cool optical illusion dress in London

Gwen Stefani rocks cool optical illusion dress in London
Gwen Stefani looked hot from any angle as she stepped out in a metallic optical illusion dress in London on Wednesday night. The No Doubt rocker, who turns 43 on October 1, paired her chic mini dress with footless tights, black heels, and a box clutch. The "I'm Just a Girl" singer and her bandmates are across the pond to promote their first album since 2001, Push and Shove, which was released this week.
A lot of things have changed in the last 11 years, and Stefani's personal life is no exception. She and Gavin Rossdale now have two sons, 6-year-old Kingston and 4-year-old Zuma, so recording new tunes meant that Stefani had to be creative with her schedule. "I would be up all night because my second baby [Zuma] didn't sleep, and he had a lot of ear infections," Stefani reveals in the latest issue of Marie Claire magazine
"Then I'd wake up in the morning and do my workout, which I always felt I had to do, and then meetings for my three clothing lines, and then hang out with my kids, take them to preschool, da-da-da. And then at 4 o'clock, I'd be like, 'All right, I'm out of here, I'm going to go to the studio' and try to write a record. Sit on the couch [with my bandmates] and be like, 'Let's do this now because I'm missing time with the kids; I could be having dinner with them and putting them to bed.' It was really hard."
Somehow, Stefani and the other members of No Doubt — who are all dads — made it work. They debuted a new song, "Easy," which Stefani considers her favorite from the album, as well as a video for the song "Push and Shove" this week. Check out the "Push and Shove" clip below:

Lady Gaga Labelled A 'Slut' By US Politician For Smoking Marijuana Onstage

Lady Gaga Labelled A 'Slut' By US Politician For Smoking Marijuana Onstage

Lady Gaga's recent antics of smoking marijuana onstage at a concert last week in Amsterdam have caused a US politician to label her as a slut'.
James Molinaro, Borough President of Staten Island in New York City, used the term when referring to Gaga in a recent interview and even added that the singer should be 'hit'.
According to Staten Island Advance - via Billboard, Molinaro said: ''There's Gaga. Here's this, this, I would call her a slut. This slut is influencing many, many children. My niece has two daughters, 12 and 14, they love this woman. Why? Why? So we have a job to do with these actresses, these actors, these ball players."
He continued: "They use drugs as if it's nothing. We shouldn't praise them. We shouldn't honour them. We should really hit them... To me, she's not an actress, she's a slut, in the pure word, in the pure meaning of the word."
After receiving criticism for his comments, Molinaro said: "A slut is someone that's immoral or uses improper conduct. That's the interpretation in the Random dictionary. So she's using improper conduct. So she's a slut. What's the big deal about it? Are you excited because she's female? There's males that are sluts too…"
Lady Gaga live on recent 'Born This Way' Ball Tour (Wenn)
The singer, who recently finished her UK dates of the tour, was performing in Amsterdam earlier this month, where smoking marijuana has effectively been decriminalised.
Not holding back, she told the audience she was in the “appropriate place” to discuss her passion for the drug.
She added: “I want you to know it has totally changed my life and I’ve really cut down on drinking. It has been a totally spiritual experience for me with my music.”
Throughout the show she joked she was going to talk to President Barack Obama in a bid to make marijuana legal worldwide.
Adding that the drug’s leaf symbol is the “new peace sign”. She added: “It’s like saying everybody needs to take a breath and it’s going to be OK.”
What do you think of Gaga's recent antics? A step too far?

Lady Gaga sends Paris new rap song

A model presents a creation by Mugler at the spring/summer 2013 ready-to-wear collection

Lady Gaga sent a musical message to the Paris fashion crowd on Wednesday night, giving a preview of her first rap song at the Mugler show by Nicola Formichetti, who is also her personal stylist.
Entitled "Cake", the track -- on which the diva's voice is barely recognisable -- has been doing the rounds on the Internet for the past 10 days, but the star had yet to acknowledge it as her own.
The song's highly offensive lyrics led Slate.com to write last week that it hoped Gaga -- if confirmed as the author -- was acting tongue-in-cheek, in order "to highlight the awfulness of certain rap lyrics."
Gaga was in Paris last week for her first concert in the country but was not at the late-night Mugler show -- she was performing in Zurich at the time.
For his new spring-summer collection, Formichetti sent out "chic and fearless" women, their adventurer's wardrobe inspired by the humid rainforests of Asia or Latin America.
Ultra-short dresses, in ochre or burnt sienna, paired built-up shoulders with elaborate pleats on the skirt, taking turns with second skin black pants worn above towering reptile sandals.

After Mother Monster uploads pics of herself in yellow bra and underwear, fans flood singer's site with photos and testimonials.

Photo : Lady Gaga launches Body Revolution 2013 (Photo: LittleMonsters.com)
Lady Gaga has been getting a lot of attention recently, and it's not for her music or over-the-top fashion, but for her apparent weight gain. Leave it to Gaga, though, to turn a negative into a positive. On Tuesday (September 25), she launched a page titled A Body Revolution 2013 on her Little Monsters site, encouraging fans to embrace and share their flaws.

"My mother and I created the BORN THIS WAY FOUNDATION for one reason: "to inspire bravery," Gaga said on the site. "This profile is an extension of that dream. Be brave and celebrate with us your 'perceived flaws,' as society tells us. May we make our flaws famous, and thus redefine the heinous." In another post, the singer wrote, "Now that the body revolution has begun, be brave and post a photo of you that celebrates your triumph over insecurities."

Mother Monster was the first to upload photos. In the first of four pictures, she stands in just a yellow bra and underwear with a revealing caption: "Bulimia and anorexia since I was 15."

In the next one, Gaga has her arms outstretched showing off her figure, and this caption is written underneath: "But today I join the BODY REVOLUTION."

In the third photo, Gaga is in a similar position but with arms over her head. The description reads "to inspire bravery." She poses in a thong with her backside to the camera in the final pic, adding the message, "and BREED some M$therf*cking COMPASSION."

Fans have already flooded the site with personal photos, which Gaga herself has been captioning. In one, a fan is looking at herself in the mirror with her stomach exposed. "Emily Rose recovering from anorexia. We support your bravery and have compassion for your pain," Gaga wrote encouragingly. "(and huh gUUrl, you don't need to diet ur FINE AS HELL.)"

But fans aren't only posting photos — thousands have already commented on the website, thanking Gaga for sharing her struggles and giving them an outlet to share their own insecurities. "You give us the strength to take the parts we are supposed to be ashamed of and make them into our pride," Vernoika commented. "Thank you so much for always believing in us and trusting us enough to let us in on your personal life and struggles."

Not long before launching the initiative, Gaga reached out to her fans in a separate post, explaining that they were the sole inspiration behind A Body Revolution 2013. She also addressed her constant battle with her weight and revealed she's happier than ever with her body. "I have been startled and overwhelmed with pride and emotion the past few days. Gratitude mostly. Seeing you post photos of things on your bodies and in your minds that you feel society tells you you should be ashamed of. You are showing them you have no shame," Gaga wrote.

"My weight/loss/gain since i was child has tormented me. No amount of help has ever healed my pain about it. But YOU have," she continued. "My boyfriend prefers me curvier, when i eat and am healthy and not so worried about my looks, I'm happy. Happier then I've ever been. i am not going to go on a psycho-spree because of scrutiny. This is who I am. And I am proud at any size. And i love you, and want you to be proud in any form you may take as well."

Lady Gaga Forced To Order New Stage Costumes Due To Dramatic Weight Gain?

Lady Gaga Forced To Order New Stage Costumes Due To Dramatic Weight Gain?
She's reportedly gained a staggering 30lbs and has been cowering behind an array of large garments to swamp her ever growing frame, and now it has emerged that Lady Gaga's team have ordered new tour costumes for her fuller figure.
The eccentric singer is said to be unhappy with her current tour pieces that do not look 'flattering' on her new shape as she faced critcism for flashing her flesh in a range of revealing outfits including suspenders, corsets and leotards.
So now Gaga's stage wardrobe will be undergoing scrutiny and repair due to her recent weight gain, so we don't think we'll be seeing much more of the Pokerface hitmaker's provocative outfits anymore since her body confidence has plummeted.
A source explained Gaga's recent dislike to her former beloved revealing outfits, telling RadarOnline: "The tight, skimpy outfits weren't doing anything for Gaga's new fuller figure, so Universal ordered more flattering and better fitting costumes for the rest of the tour.''
Gaga hides her figure in a big white fur coat and oversized Chanel tote - Splash
"No one likes to criticise someone who has put on weight, but she has been showing some serious muffin top, especially when wearing tight suspenders. It just wasn't a good look and was getting unnecessary criticism, so they moved fast to nip it in the bud,'' they added. Ouch!
Since she's part Italian, Gaga has been allegedly struggling to fight her love of carb-packed foods such as pasta and potatoes, and the 26-year-old songstress is being advised not to cave in to her diet cravings.
The source continued: "Gaga has an incredible appetite for Italian food, which stems largely from her roots. It's very easy on tour to get hooked on a diet of pizza and pasta because they are comfort foods - and when you are away from home you always long for something that reminds you of where you came from.'
"She loves to eat, but because of her tiny frame it shows if she doesn't work out as much as normal. Executives told her to quit gorging on her favourite foods."
Don't listen to them, Gaga. Eat what you want!
