Lady Gaga Tops List of Diva Demands

Stars With Outrageous Backstage Demands

White leather couches, black satin drapes, Jameson whiskey and organic foods were among the demands made by Lady Gaga during her Monster's Ball tour.

Details of Gaga's tour rider -- the list of backstage demands that must be fulfilled for each stop -- were recently divulged on the website Celebuzz

According to the website, the "Bad Romance" singer requested during her two-and-a-half year tour that her dressing room be decorated in "glam rock" fashion, with silver satin walls, white leather couches, black satin drapes and posters of famous rock stars such as David Bowie, Queen and Elton John.

She also requested that a mannequin with "puffy pink pubic hair" be placed in her dressing room, for reasons not known.

In addition, Gaga requested that her backstage bathroom be decked out with lavender-colored bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, hand soap, body wash and face soap. She also required sea-foam loofah sponges, a candle and fresh roses -- in lavender, of course.

When it came to food, Gaga aimed for healthy, requesting organic teas and milk, organic tortilla chips, sprouted grain tortillas, peanut butter with no more than four grams of sugar, tuna and Activa yogurt. But she allowed for a couple vices, specifically "quality white wine" and Jameson whiskey.
According to Celebuzz, the details from the rider appeared in court documents as part of the six-hour deposition Gaga gave in a lawsuit involving her former assistant, Jennifer O'Neill.

O'Neill is suing the singer for $300,000 for unpaid overtime pay. In the deposition, obtained by the New York Post, Gaga dismissed O'Neill, whom she once called "my best friend from NY since I was 19," as an undeserving "hood rat" who "thinks she's just like the queen of the universe."
"I'm the queen of the universe every day," Gaga was quoted as saying.

Apparently, she's not the only one who thinks that way. Click through to see more outrageous demands made by other stars.

Lady Gaga - Lady Gaga Rants In Foul-mouthed Court Deposition

Lady Gaga - Lady Gaga Rants In Foul-mouthed Court Deposition

Lady Gaga shocked a group of lawyers by launching into a foul-mouthed rant about her former personal assistant during a sworn deposition for an ongoing court case.

The Poker Face hitmaker is locked in a legal battle with former employee Jennifer O'Neill, who claims she is owed overtime payments from her time on tour with the singer.

O'Neill, who spent 13 months working as Gaga's aide, filed suit against bosses of the singer's

Mermaid Touring Company claiming she is owed $380,000 (£237,500) for 7,168 hours of overtime.

Gaga was recently called to give a video-taped deposition in New York as part of the case, and she shocked the legal representatives by raising her voice and cursing profusely throughout the meeting.

During the testimony, obtained by the New York Post, Gaga described O'Neill as a "f**king hood rat who is suing me for money that she didn't earn," adding, "She thinks she's just like the queen of the universe. And, you know what, she didn't want to be a slave to one, because in my work and what I do, I'm the queen of the universe every day."

Gaga went on to admit she doesn't pay any overtime to any of her employees, insisting O'Neill "knew exactly what she was getting into... This whole case is bulls**t."

The pop star claimed O'Neill should have enjoyed her work because she was able to experience Gaga's luxurious lifestyle which included, "(Sleeping) in Egyptian cotton sheets every night, in five star hotels, on private planes, eating caviar, partying with (famed photographer) Terry Richardson all night, wearing my clothes..." adding, "(She was) asking Ysl (Yves Saint Laurent) to send her free shoes without my permission, using my Ysl discount without my permission."

Gaga also claimed O'Neill was bad at her job because she left the singer to carry her own luggage and unpack her own bags: "She didn't enough lay out all my stuff for me... I can't sift through everything (and unpack my bags). She would only open a couple of bags, and it was very stressful for me... I was very often... moving my own luggage and doing s**t by myself."

Gaga vowed that if she wins the legal battle with O'Neill, she will donate the money her former assistant demanded to her other employees because "I'm not going to give it to her so she can go to Intermix (store) and buy herself a new tube top."

DJ Zedd 'made a lot of songs' for Lady Gaga album Artpop

Producer and DJ Zedd has said he and Lady Gaga have made "a lot of songs" for the singer's upcoming album, Artpop.

The 23-year-old has been collaborating with the Grammy-award winner on her third release, due out this year.

However, he remained tight-lipped on which tracks would make it onto her final cut.

"She will decide how many will be on her album and I don't know how many that will be," he said.
Zedd, who's real name is Anton Zaslavski, also clarified quotes which suggested he thought Lady Gaga was a long way off finishing Artpop.

He said: "There's been an interview where someone basically took a part of what I said and turned it into what everyone would love to hear - which was not true."
In-demand

On his collaborations with Lady Gaga, Zedd explained: "[We] just started collecting ideas. I didn't know which song would be for her.

"If she didn't like a song I'd probably use it for myself or maybe she'd sing it for me. We just made music.

"I feel it sounds right in the middle between Zedd and Lady Gaga."

Zedd, like musicians such as Calvin Harris and Skrillex, is one of the current crop of in-demand young producers.

His debut album, released in 2012, featured collaborations with Ellie Goulding and Ryan Tedder from OneRepublic.

He's now preparing for the release of his new single, Clarity, featuring British singer Foxes.
Speaking about the collaboration, Foxes, aka Louisa Rose Allen, said she felt "honoured" to be singing on it.
