Lady Gaga is an "incredible cook" and likes to make her own healthy soup.
The You And I singer - who was targeted by critics when she showed off a curvier figure in September and admitted she gained 25 pounds - is back to her svelte self and has regained her "little waist" according to her personal trainer Harley Pasternak thanks to resistance training and her home cooking.
"She loves her blender and her smoothies. She loves soups. Pureed soups. She is an incredible chef," the celebrity fitness guru revealed.
"She has given me recipes that I have used. She makes incredible Italian food, incredible Japanese food. She is big into stir-fries. She likes using different grains from different cultures."
Harley also says the singer has regained her "feminine curves" and has a "little waist" again because she is incredibly active.
"Have you seen her lately? She looks phenomenal. She had a bad day," he added.
"She is really active on stage. She is active throughout the day. We use resistance training for her as a way to sculpt and tone her body."
The 26-year-old singer's trainer - who also helped Jessica Simpson shed 60 pounds over the past six months - also brushed off speculation she had gained a lot of weight and gossip website Hollyscoop : "She was bloated and they took a bad picture of her."
Gaga previously demonstrated her culinary skills during an appearance on British television chat show, Alan Carr: Chatty Man.
