At the 2000 MTV VMAs, a 19-year-old Britney Spears shocked audiences when she stripped off her clothes to reveal little more than rhinestones and nude fabric. (Admit it, it took you a good few moments to realize there was fabric). Now, more than a decade after Britney's wardrobe trickery, the nude bodysuit has returned full-force on the pop star scene. The singer quipped that had she known she'd win, she would've worn more clothes! Ironically, her award statue looked like a black censor bar, and Katy appropriately used it to cover her behind as she scurried offstage!
